This Privacy Policy explains how the PDF Reader: Document Viewer mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
To keep the App reliable, we use Google Firebase services, which automatically collect limited, non-identifying technical data:

We do not use your information for advertising, and the App does not display third-party ads.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share your documents with anyone. The only third-party processor involved is Google (Firebase), which processes the diagnostic and analytics data described in Section 2 on our behalf. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process.
Your documents remain on your device and under your control; you can delete them at any time using your device or file manager. Crash and analytics data retained by Firebase is kept according to Google's standard retention periods (for example, Analytics data is retained for a limited period and crash data for a limited window), after which it is deleted or aggregated.
Because your files stay on your device, their security is primarily governed by your device's own protections (lock screen, encryption, etc.). Diagnostic data transmitted to Firebase is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we handle.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers, most requests can be satisfied by uninstalling the App (which stops all diagnostic collection) and deleting your local files. For any request regarding Firebase-collected diagnostic data, contact us using the details below.
Diagnostic and analytics data may be processed on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country. By using the App you consent to such processing in accordance with Google's applicable terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
